Description:
Legal terminology is the collection of words and phrases that have a precise or peculiar use in the studies of law. Legal Terminology is not only used by students of law, but used in a wide range of legal professions.
This English language course is designed specifically for first year students. These courses, will provide students with selected terminology in branches of law.
Therefore, it is necessary to study introduction to the law, to know the nature of the law, the sources, the branches, the rights and how the law is applied.
Course aims:
1. To provide students with General Juristic Principles which are necessary to study the various branches of law.
2. To acquaint English legal vocabulary.
3. To ameliorate students' vocabulary in law fields.
4. To Gain confidence in use of legal terminology in the workplace and elsewhere.
5. Self - paced, online study.

Ce programme vise à présenter des termes et concepts juridiques importants en français, destinés aux étudiants en première année de Licence en Droit. Il se caractérise par la diversité et l'exhaustivité de ses sujets, couvrant un large éventail de concepts fondamentaux en droit.
Objectifs:
Familiariser les étudiants avec les termes juridiques de base en français.
Élargir leur vocabulaire pour inclure des termes et concepts juridiques pertinents.
Renforcer leurs compétences en communication juridique écrite et orale.
Leur fournir une compréhension approfondie du système juridique français et de ses structures.
Leur fournir des connaissances de base sur les professions juridiques, les types de crimes, les contrats, et d'autres concepts juridiques essentiels.
