Course Description:

       In this course we will briefly shed light on developments in Foreign language teaching and present the different approaches and methods adopted throughout history. In addition, it will introduce students to classroom situations discussing the different elements and factors  involved in the learning/ teaching process.

 

Course Objectives:

1-    To introduce students to the different teaching methods and their development throughout history;

2-    To explain classroom interaction and the different factors affecting it ;

3-    To highlight the necessity for lesson planning, testing and giving appropriate feedback to help learners reach the set objectives.
